Return and Refund Policy

Replacement Policy
We offer a 5-day replacement policy for damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please provide a box opening video or photo as proof to be eligible for a replacement. No returns or refunds will be processed without this proof.

No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any products once delivered. Please ensure you review your order carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it after receiving the damaged product back. In case the product is out of stock or unavailable for replacement, we will refund the purchase price.

Exclusions and Conditions

  • Dislike of the product, design, or quality is not a valid reason for return or refund.
  • For handmade items, only breakages qualify as damages. Minor scratches or slight imperfections in painting or varnishing are not considered damages.
  • Products refused on delivery and returned to us are not eligible for a refund.
  • If an item is unavailable for replacement, the purchase price will be refunded.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at chidiaofficialmail@gmail.com.

Cancellations
No cancellations are allowed once the order is placed.
